Passover:

Passover is the main historical annual festival of the Jews.  It was kept to commemorate or remember God's passing over the houses of the Israelites when the first born each Egyptian family was killed (Exodus 12:13).

Passover is sometimes called the "feast of unleavened bread" because during its celebration no leavened bread was to be eaten or even kept in the household.  (See the entry for leaven.)
